ClassOdds Terms and Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, certain words carry specific meanings. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

To open and maintain an account on ClassOdds, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ClassOdds strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify the age of any player upon request.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where accessing the ClassOdds platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ClassOdds or any regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ClassOdds employee in a position with access to gaming systems, financial data, or promotional mechanics.

Each Player may hold only one ClassOdds account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or a shared device or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Accuracy of Information

When registering on ClassOdds, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, current Philippine address, active mobile number, and valid email address. The information you provide must be truthful and current. ClassOdds is not liable for errors, delays, or failed transactions that result from inaccurate information provided during registration or subsequent updates.

Account Security

Your ClassOdds username and password are your responsibility alone. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. ClassOdds will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via support@classodds.com to request an account freeze pending investigation.

• Use a unique, strong password for your ClassOdds account — one not used on other websites.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account settings.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after every session.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets using your ClassOdds account, even with your permission.

ClassOdds takes account security seriously — all accounts are protected with industry-standard encryption.

All deposits on ClassOdds are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). ClassOdds accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. These minimums are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. ClassOdds does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with them directly before initiating a deposit.

Important Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited into ClassOdds must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to relatives or friends — are not permitted.
• ClassOdds reserves the right to delay, reverse, or refuse any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems or cannot be verified against your registered account identity.
• Deposits that are flagged for review may result in temporary account restriction until the matter is resolved. ClassOdds support will contact you during this process.
• ClassOdds is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network during the deposit process.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your ClassOdds account must be fully verified — including age, identity, and payment method verification — before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Current minimums are shown at the point of withdrawal request in your account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out below. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
• ClassOdds does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving payment provider may charge their own fees.

ClassOdds reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 in a 24-hour period. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not punitive in nature. Affected players will be contacted directly by our compliance team.

ClassOdds offers a range of bonuses and promotions including — but not limited to — a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonus, cashback programs, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each bonus is available to one account per household, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses may have time limits within which the wagering requirement must be completed.
• Real money balance is used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• ClassOdds reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse or exploitation is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied retroactively to past bets.

ClassOdds promotions are designed for Filipino players — fair, transparent, and straightforward.

Each game on the ClassOdds platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any real-money bets.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is considered final and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by ClassOdds systems. ClassOdds does not accept responsibility for bets placed under incorrect assumptions by the Player. If a bet is placed in error, ClassOdds is under no obligation to reverse or refund it.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including internet disconnection on the Player's side, platform maintenance, or an interrupted game session — ClassOdds will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a round was in progress at the point of disconnection, the result is determined by the server-side record. The Platform's decision on interrupted game resolution is final.

Game Malfunction

In the rare event that a game malfunctions and returns an incorrect result due to a software error, ClassOdds reserves the right to void all bets and results from the affected round(s) and return the staked amounts to Player accounts. Wins resulting from a known or identifiable game malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ClassOdds. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct — including through automated means or through coordinating with other players — will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• Opening more than one ClassOdds account, either personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software (bots, scripts, or macros) to interact with any ClassOdds game or interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or interface vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players in skill-based games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits ("money laundering").
• Depositing via a payment method not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits on behalf of another person using your method.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — systematic exploitation of promotions through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage betting, or other methods designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing ClassOdds staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing ClassOdds from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location.

ClassOdds is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, responsible, and sustainable for all players. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their activity on the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of time has passed during a playing session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent account exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, ClassOdds will not lift it early under any circumstances, including a request from the Player themselves.

ClassOdds collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ClassOdds Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. ClassOdds does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and ClassOdds is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Account data is stored on secured servers accessible only to authorized ClassOdds personnel and regulatory authorities with legal standing to request it.

All content on the ClassOdds platform — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audio — is the intellectual property of ClassOdds or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from ClassOdds without prior written permission from ClassOdds. Unauthorized use of ClassOdds intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

ClassOdds provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free of technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ClassOdds shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings arising from an inability to access the platform due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the ClassOdds platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the ClassOdds platform that is later found to contain errors or omissions.

Nothing in this section limits ClassOdds' liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

Termination by ClassOdds

ClassOdds reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose ClassOdds to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ClassOdds may forfeit the balance of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method, subject to completed verification and compliance review.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ClassOdds account at any time by contacting support at support@classodds.com. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances will be refunded to your registered payment method.

ClassOdds reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the ClassOdds platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of ClassOdds after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and receive any real-money balance through your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ClassOdds platform shall first be referred to ClassOdds customer support for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming matters. ClassOdds cooperates fully with any such regulatory inquiry.

The language of these Terms and Conditions is English, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
